Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Canada (Domestic):
- Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
- Express Shipping: available at checkout
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $45

United States:
- Standard International: 4–8 business days
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $45

International:
We ship to select international destinations via Canada Post. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:
Fluffy Garden is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
